That is not my car, i did not build it, i did not touch it, it is just a big embarassment because last year, i had a pre-booked flight to Greece, so i couln't make it to Melbourne. I told my school to then build a car, to race for me BUT NOT TO PUT KARO OR KARO IV IN THE NAME. So they put E-KARO. It' best time was 36 seconds .... in 120% light!
So ye, that is not part of the Solar Karo family, not one bit.

Why not. Since it can be easily pulled apart, it's not like it'll take up a great deal of cargo area and so I'll just throw it in with one of the test cars that I'll be bringing along anyway.
It's currently using a Scorpio motor and boat panel but I might even set it up to run with a decent motor and some electronics. Not yet sure if I will go with a set of modified Scorpio electronics or if I should strengthen the car up a little and change to a panel of 7 or 8 4cell engelec modules and use an Easymax or Engelec unit.
Congratulations to all of the above. The winners of the Easymax units are in no particular order. Winners please contact me via PM to claim your prize..
For those that are interested... The winners were decided by: a friend who is a professional photographer, an engineer who is also an ex-racer, a person that has nothing to do with the event at all, miseli, and myself.
All submissions were judged on photo quality, and creativity. Also this was a photography contest, not a photo-shopping contest.
*claps* Congratulations all winners, and Irish Yobbo *claps*
Thanks for hosting this competition Tony *cheers*
