I am looking to buy some cells for my new solar r/c car and this time I would like to use something better than 15% and more like the 29% triple junction cells I have heard about.
My current car is fairly large and catches wind easy. Since the car only weighs 1000g, it will fly in gusty winds. With better cells I could reduce my panel area by half and still have the same power and not wory as much about wind.

Triple junction cells are not an off-the-shelf product. You will need to contact Boeing spectrolab, they are the largest manufacture of high voltage gallium arsenide cells.
I have included the datasheets for the single, and triple junction variants of these cells supplied by spectrolab.
