Solar Freaks

Hi....total newbie here but wanted to connect to my inverter to watch use...the SPH30 has to output one being a usb I have conected via the usb and can watch most things but everytime I set up inverta data setup it asks for a password. Dose anyone have any idea what this is as I have tried the serial number but no avail
