The All new AMD/ATi 'Cypress' GPU.
This will have twice the computing power of 2 x HD4870.

Currently manufactured by TSMC. Using a 40nm feature size, thus making this a small chip, even though it has over 1.5 billion transistors.

This effectively means, AMD has started work on the HD6870/HD6850 (HD68xx).
Meanwhile, Nvidia hasn't even released a current generation GPU, and looks far from doing so.

Current reviews have shown this to be most powerful single die GPU available today.
When coupled into a crossfire configuration, it would provide the most powerful graphics solution available.. by far..
