Does there any effect on the mesurement of fill factor with different solar simulator??
One solar simulator is 1 sun,the other is 500 sun.

Fill factor is usually measured at 1 sun.
You will get a varying fill factor using different light sources/intensities.

What's considered as a reasonable / good fill factor?
What's the current industry trend in fill factor improvements?
Any references to measurement specs for fill factors?

These days reasonable quality panels have fill factors about 72% and above.
Some modules Sunpower makes have 80% FF.
