Expanding an existing system.

Talk about these things here. There pro's and con's, anything about them.

Expanding an existing system.

I have a 1.025 Kw system with an SMA1100 inverter and Sunpower panels, I would like to add to it, i'm looking at 2 more of the same inverters http://www.apolloenergy.com.au/Specials/SB1100 and 10 of these panels http://www.apolloenergy.com.au/Specials/SF160-24-M-195W-5-inch-cell These seem to be relativity inexpensive panels, but are they any good in the longer term? (Does anyone have anything good, or bad to say about Solarfun SF160-24-M, or Solarfun panels in general )The budget is tight. Any advice or suggestions (perhaps a different budget panel comes to mind?) will be much appreciated.
Also, I have a 3 phase mains supply and am considering connecting each inverter to a separate phase, is this a good idea, or doesn't it matter?
And, what gauge of wire should I run between the panels and the inverters? (the distance is about 20 metres).
This install will be on a shed, temperatures inside can get quite warm, with minimal air flow, Is it worth setting up fans on the heat sinks of the inverters controlled by thermostats ? (inverters installed inside the shed)
My apologies, that's more than one question!!!

I notice the panels I mention above are not the advertised 195 watt, but as the model number suggests 160 watt STC, apart from the obvious (intentionally misleading advertising), does anyone know of an explanation for this?
