circuits we can make?

All solar related electronics. Eg. MPPT's (maximum power point tracker), Inverters, regulators, etc.

circuits we can make?

hi

is there a thread with circuit layouts that we can make for MPPT controllers or solar trackers? making PCB is not that hard and if i had the layout diagram i could make it. circuit diagrams take a little bit more work to figure out how to make it.

i can't do software or program pics. so it would have to be something that was either just through hole components or Arduino based. i can probably follow instructions and flash a chip with a pre-written program. i did manage to build the mpguino http://store.fundamentallogic.com/ecom/index.php?main_page=index&cPath=22 which is similar.

On my solar project wish list are:
Some kind of solar controller (preferably MPPT), a solar tracker (preferaply not sensor based) and a grid-tie inverter.

once these items are freely available i can really see my self investing in larger quantities of solar panels. as it stands i just have a small amount (40w). it's only worth buying panels if you know you can get the most out of them.

maybe there are more people out there with a similar skill level as me who would be up for this?

actually the Mpguino was made in a similar way over at ecomodders.com. the fundimental lodgic site will even mass produce the circuit board and do an easy kit if there is enough demand.
