Anyone know anything about CHINER New Energy panels?

Hi,

Anyone have any comments about CHINER New Energy moncrystalline panels?
http://www.chiner.cc/en/

We were expecting delivery of a 3.24 kW array of CEEG panels - a Power One Aurora 3600 inverter and 18 x 180 Watt CEEG panels.

However we have just been told that the solar company won't be able to get hold of these panels for quite some months. Instead they are offering us 18 X 185 Watt CHINER New Energy panels as replacement (CR-185) which means a 'free' upgrade to a 3.3kW array (!)

However, as far as I can tell this Chinese company has only been around for five years, and I can't find any mention of them in Australian forums. The panels are clean energy council accredited, offer a 5 year product warranty, a 25 year 80% output warranty, and a 16.4% cell efficiency.
Any views???

Cheers

As far as i know CEEG panels are now rare as hens teeth, prices for them have risen, and CEEG has now canceled all orders with all their customers until all accounts are fully paid. This is because CEEG has given credit to many companies, and the late payments are stressing CEEG financially.

CEEG are now only manufacturing 190W panels, so all 180W and 170W CEEG panels are previous, old stock.

I haven't heard of New Energy panels, however if they are approved, you might as well take them. All i know at the moment is panel supply is short, and prices are on the rise.
